Pine Run New Construction ad
Pritchard Design inaugurated an identity for Pine Run Community,
a community for senior living, with a brochure introducing their new Fringetree Court. The new look was designed to convey Pine Run’s natural setting, while appealing to an active and visually sophisticated audience.

The new identity was extended in this full page ad, using a natural pattern background, leaf-shaped caps, and a large landscape image to present Pine Run in local magazines. Its color scheme – slightly edgier in dark green and magenta – separates the look from that of pieces for more specific areas of the community.
