PBS TeacherLine
PBS TeacherLine, Public Broadcasting’s online professional development program for teachers, was being re-launched from a previous free service to a pay-for-use incarnation. MarketingWorks, an educational marketing firm, was charged with maintaining former users and gaining new ones through the changeover. They asked Pritchard Design to create a variety of pieces using the current PBS “silhouette” visual theme. The challenge was to keep the look stimulating within a tight set of corporate-approved usage guidelines for provided images and type specifications.
Pritchard Design met that challenge by working with both agency creative and art directors, as well as directly with the client, to assure everyone had the opportunity to give input and proof approval. The campaign consisted of catalogs, course description sheets, brochures, postcards, posters, and more.
